Terms of use

We are testing Fever. Features may change or stop working, leagues may be reset, and we may end the prototype at any time. We delete your data 30 days after your last league completes, as the privacy notice explains, so do not rely on Fever to keep a record of anything.

• You must be 18 or over.
• One account per person, with an email address you can receive mail at.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Fever costs nothing. There are no entry fees, purchases or prizes, and nothing in Fever can be won or exchanged for money. It is not a betting or gambling product, and you must not use it for betting.

Scores come from official statistics supplied by sports data providers. They can arrive late, be corrected afterwards, or be missing, and standings change when they do. Draft picks are final. The commissioner sets each league's rules before the draft.

Do not:

• use more than one account to gain an advantage, or share an account;
• use bots, scripts or scraping to access Fever;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of Fever;
• harass, threaten or impersonate other players.

You are responsible for the team name and picture you choose. They must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading, or use someone else's work, name or likeness without permission. You let us store them and show them to your leagues so Fever can run. We can remove anything that breaks these rules.

Fever is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Major League Baseball, the MLB Players Association, the AFL, FIFA, the NFL, UEFA, or any club, team or player. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the competitions, teams and players.

The Fever app, its design and its brand belong to Amoeba Sports UK Ltd and its group. You may use them to play; you may not copy or reuse them.

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data by emailing privacy@amoebasports.com. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we can end the prototype for everyone.

Fever is a prototype provided as it is, without promises that it will always work, be accurate or be available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost leagues, lost data or interruptions.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we will tell you in Fever, and ask you to accept it, before it applies.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere, you may also be able to use your local courts.
